Centre Luna Yoga co-manager and certified leader Bram Levinson incorporates the world of ancient Hindu mythology into an active vinyasa practice. This dynamic class explores the rich tapestry of the myths that have served to inspire the Yoga postures we know so well and revisit so often. Bring your practice to new, illuminating heights by infusing it with an element of story-telling and philosophy, allowing your approach to each posture to be forever re-defined by the poignant, inspiring, and above all, relevant mythic tales. Seriousblack serves up beats at the last Urban Yoga class of the summer at Square Victoria

Fresh from her Wanderlust Tremblant weekend and still putting the final touches on the Victorious Vinyassa mix, Seriousblack features in the last Urban Yoga class of the summer this Wednesday and we're going out with a bang! After an amazing practice with Tom Schabetsberger of Centre Luna and beats by Seriousblack, the ladies from Jus à Vie and our friends at Les Thés DAVIDsTEA will be serving up some post-yoga goodies! Opens the festival this year with a noted dynamic duo SeriousBlack and Sugarface Nene took the main stage today to showcase exactly why they have the skills and know how to start the noted international Graffiti convention up right; warming up the stage and stages ( as serious took over the Empire stage as well) for BluRum13, Cee and Midas and many more.
