Bram Levinson's Victorious Vinyasa at Wanderlust featuring Seriousblack.

Victorious Vinyasa Series at Wanderlust Tremblant 2013

Centre Luna Yoga co-manager and certified leader Bram Levinson incorporates the world of ancient Hindu mythology into an active vinyasa practice. This dynamic class explores the rich tapestry of the myths that have served to inspire the Yoga postures we know so well and revisit so often. Bring your practice to new, illuminating heights by infusing it with an element of story-telling and philosophy, allowing your approach to each posture to be forever re-defined by the poignant, inspiring, and above all, relevant mythic tales. This activity will include a short interactive lecture – one that delves into the multitudes of Gods and Goddesses and the relevance they embody when applied to life as we know it, followed by an active asana practice incorporating the myths and their cast of colourful characters. http://bramlevinson.wordpress.com/
